Ohmix AI Integrations (“Ohmix”, “we”) provides AI search visibility and online reputation management services to service businesses in Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

When you use the contact, sign-up, or onboarding forms we collect what you type: your name, email address, business name and website, and the details you choose to share about your markets, goals, and competitors. Sign-up also collects a billing address.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is completed through a secure link from our payment processor after onboarding.

This website does not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare your free visibility audit, set up your plan, and deliver the services you ask for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your request without asking you first.

Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox through a transactional email provider. We use service providers for hosting, email, and scheduling; each processes information only on our instructions. Some providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for the duration of the engagement and the period required for tax and accounting records.

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and withdraw consent for its use, subject to legal and contractual limits. Write to [email protected]. We respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date below always reflects the current version.
